Shipping Policy: All prints are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping by Priority Mail is $10 and Federal Express - Express Saver shipping is $25. If Priority Mail shipment is selected you must have a valid address that is able to receive US Mail packages. Federal Express will not deliver to a post office box. Shipping is non refundable. Orders shipped outside of the US are billed at the International Shipping rate via the US Postal Service. Orders for unframed prints or gift items are shipped within 7 business days. Orders for framed prints are drop shipped directly from the framer by FedEx Ground and take 2-3 weeks for framing and delivery. All prints are inspected before shipment. If your print is damaged during shipment you must contact the Al Agnew Collection immediately. Claims for damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Due to the exclusive nature of the items on the website, all sales are final unless the item is defective.
